What is in your products and are your products certified organic?
We sell natural products and organic products that have not been certified. We ensure that the ingredients we source are 100% natural. What is not in our products are the following:
- Diethanolamine (DEA), Triethanolamine (TEA), Monoethanolamine (MEA)
- Diazolidinyl Urea, Imidazolidinyl Urea
- Lead
- Minerals oils like propolyne glycol or petrolatum
- Parabens
- SLS – sodium laurel/laureth sulphate
- Synthetic colours & Fragrances
- Talc
Are your products locally made?
Yes, we handcraft all our product from our base in South Africa.
What payment options do you offer?
- Bank Transfer – you will receive an invoice by email with our bank details and we will dispatch your order once payment has cleared in our account.
Do you do cash payments on delivery?
Unfortunately not at this moment.
Do you deliver?
Yes we do. When you place an order our system will offer you a choice of delivery options based on your delivery address.
How long does delivery take?
Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays. If you live in a main city centre, your order will take between 2-5 business days. If you live in a remote area it could take up to 7 days.
What is the cost of delivery?
The cost of delivery is a standard R100 to main centres. For all orders above R900, delivery is free.
Do you deliver outside of South Africa
Unfortunately at this stage we only deliver in South Africa, with plans to expand into the rest of the continent.
I received a damaged product, now what?
If you do not receive your order in good condition or if anything is broken or damaged please let us know immediately so that we can ensure the situation is rectified.
